During the stay
Before CheckIN
Each customer is automatically created with a temporary account. After searching for their booking using their last name and original booking code, the customer will find it on our website. There they can then easily start the check-in process whenever they want.
After the customer has uploaded his passport, credit card (with a 0.99 cent verification fee) and the signed contract, he will see a booking confirmation again.
When the customer finally checks in, they can view the damage to the apartment, the cleaning process before their entry, and report a problem to our support team. As a big highlight, the guest can also book and pay for products with you.
After CheckOut
After the guest has checked out, there is something very important that they need and that is the invoice. Business customers in particular often need this. In addition, the guest can report things to us after checking out and, for example, request their deposit back.
